This 6-week course is designed to be informative, empowering, and genuinely enjoyable. It’s structured to support you step-by-step as you connect more deeply with your breath, your posture, and the way your body moves — all without pain, pressure, or any need to "push through."
Let’s be clear: it should never hurt. This isn’t about high intensity or forcing your body into awkward positions. Instead, you’ll learn how to support your pelvic floor, core, and posture through calm, deliberate movement and specific breathing techniques that can have powerful effects over time.
From the very first session, we’ll start with a few light assessments — nothing invasive, just an opportunity for you to understand where your body is now and track your progress as we go, including before shots which you can either share, or not, it's up to you, this is for your reference.
Each week introduces new poses and builds on what you’ve learned. You’ll start lying down, gradually working towards kneeling and standing movements, all while using your breath to activate deep stabilizing muscles.
By the end of the course, you’ll have a full sequence you can take away and use as part of your ongoing wellness routine. It’s empowering, effective, and suitable for all levels — no prior experience needed.
And yes, while we’ll introduce a few poses with names, (they are all named after Greek goddesses), the atmosphere will remain relaxed, friendly, and judgement-free. You’ll be supported every step of the way.
Building on the foundations of the 6-week course, this 8-week programme takes things a step further — with more movement, deeper releases, and brand-new poses and variations to explore. It’s still gentle, engaging, and supportive, but now we begin to challenge the body just that little bit more — always with safety, breath, and alignment at the heart of every session.
Over the eight weeks, you’ll develop greater confidence in both your breath work and your ability to move with control and intention. We’ll introduce six new Hypopressive poses/variations, helping you increase both the variety and depth of your practice.
You’ll also start to experience more flow-style transitions, connecting movements together in a way that feels natural, grounding, and energising. We’ll begin to incorporate targeted release work as well — gently helping the body let go of unnecessary tension that might be affecting your posture, pelvic floor, or breathing mechanics.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about progression. You’ll leave the course not only with a greater understanding of how your body functions, but with the confidence to carry that awareness into everyday life — whether you're lifting, walking, breathing, or simply standing taller.
It’s a deeper dive, with more movement, more variety, and more tools to take with you. Still low impact, still enjoyable — just with a little extra spark.
Both of these courses can be booked as a class or on a 1:1 basis. The next classes I'll be doing is 2, 6-week courses at Wellington Health & Fitness Club in Crowthorne, starting September 2025, one on a Monday at 5pm and the other on Wednesday at 5pm. This is for members only.
If you wish to book me to come and do the course at your facility, feel free to get in touch.
