I offer the flexibility to book one-off sessions once you're set up with me. Understanding that personal training is a premium service, I strive to make it accessible to everyone who wants or needs my assistance. I currently offer four subscription tiers:
Silver: 1 session per week.
Gold: 2 sessions per week + weekly check-ins to keep you motivated.
Platinum: 3 sessions per week + nutritional guidance + weekly check-ins.
Hypopressive & Strength: 2 weight training sessions + 1 Hypopressive flow session per week.
Monthly payments are automatically deducted from your bank account on the 28th of each month.
I offer a 6 week Hypopressive course for people that want to help their body start the healing process for posture, breathing patterns, core stability, pelvic floor, improved sexual health, and more. If you want to know more about what hypopressives are, then check out my blog.

For my 6-week course alumni's that wish to continue the hypopressive sessions, this is a 30 minute session, from start to finish going from warm up, to full flow then into release work/and/or breath-work to finish.
