About me

Hi, I'm Ella.

At the heart of my work is one simple belief: everyone deserves to feel strong, capable, and confident in their own body.


As a posture and corrective exercise specialist, I help people reconnect with how their bodies move and feel. Whether you're managing discomfort, rebuilding after injury, or simply wanting to move better, I’m here to guide you with practical, tailored support. My goal is to help you stand taller, move with purpose, and feel more at home in your body without compromising what you love to do to stay active.


Through Hypopressives, I teach people of all genders how to strengthen their deep core, support pelvic floor health, and breathe more efficiently. These techniques don’t just improve posture—they build a solid foundation for everything else in life and training.


I also bring my experience in martial arts and boxing to the table, coaching fighters and athletes to move with power, agility, and control. Whether you're training for competition or want to feel like a badass in your own skin, I’ll help you build functional strength and mobility that lasts.


My approach is inclusive, personal, and built around your goals. No matter where you’re starting from, we’ll work together to build a body—and a mindset—that supports the life you want to live.

 - Level 3 PT qualification.

-  Level 4 Certificate in Postural Assessment and Corrective Exercise 

 - Level 1 Hypopressive trainer (Hypopressives International).

 - Dr. Usui Reiki Master.

 - Fitness Through Menopause Certification.

 - NCFE CACHE Level 2 Cert in Understanding Mental Health First Aid & Advocacy in the Workplace.

 - Vivo Barefoot Movement Coach.

 - Boxercise Certified.

 - TRX Certified.

 - TRX RIP Trainer Certified.

 - MPOWERED Academy Spin Certification.


Qualifications in progress:


- Mace instructor with Dutch Flow Academy.
