I believe lasting change doesn't come from perfect programmes or endless motivation. It comes from understanding yourself.
My role isn't simply to help you exercise. It's to help you understand your body, build confidence, and develop the skills to look after yourself for life.

I don't guess. I assess your movement, posture, breathing, lifestyle, stress and your story before building a programme around you.

Knowledge creates confidence. Every session helps you understand why we're doing something so you're equipped to make decisions long after you've left the gym.

Coaching isn't counting reps. It's helping you navigate setbacks, celebrate progress and build confidence every step of the way.

Your body doesn't exist in isolation. Sleep, stress, relationships, recovery, movement and mindset all influence your health. I work with all of them—not just exercise.
I believe we've created a culture of dependency.
Too many people spend years moving between appointments, searching for someone to fix them.
A new injury.
A flare-up.
Another scan.
Another treatment.
Another professional.
There's a place for all of those things, and I'm grateful they exist.
But I've always wondered...
Who teaches people what comes next?
Who's helping them understand why their body feels the way it does? Who's giving them the confidence to manage setbacks instead of fearing them? Who's showing them that pain doesn't always mean damage, or that strength can be one of the most powerful forms of medicine?
That's why I coach.
I want to live in a world where people aren't dependent on professionals every time something hurts. Where they understand their body well enough to make informed decisions, adapt when life changes, and trust themselves again.
Because when people understand themselves, they stop looking for someone to rescue them.
They realise they were capable all along.
"I understand where you are."
"We build confidence & competence."
"We expand what's possible."
"Own your revolution."
Ella.
