As a Hypopressives trainer, I am committed to helping everyone, regardless of gender, to strengthen their intra-abdominal core, pelvic floor and improve posture. My services are inclusive and cater to all, ensuring that everyone feels welcomed and considered. I can also help athletes improve their breathing patterns via this skill set to improve performance, Vo2Max and recovery.
I help people train for martial arts competitions and MMA/ Boxing fights, using my own martial arts and boxing experience and my ever-growing knowledge of functional movement patterns. I understand that each individual is unique, and I adapt my training to accommodate their needs, helping them gain strength in a functional way and maintain much-needed mobility.
