At EMC Personal Training, I don't do quick fixes or one-size-fits-all programmes. I work with people who are ready — truly ready — to invest in themselves and move with confidence, strength, and freedom.
Here's how we'll work together:
Before we commit to anything, let's talk.
This is a free phone or video call where we get to know each other. I'll ask you four simple questions to understand where you're at — not just physically, but mentally.
If we're aligned, we move forward. If not, no hard feelings. I only work with people who are as committed to this as I am.
This is where the real work begins.
In a 90-minute to 2-hour session, I'll learn everything I need to know about you — your fitness history, your goals, your movement patterns, your pain points, your lifestyle. This isn't a generic fitness test. It's a deep dive into your body and your story.
By the end, I'll know exactly how we need to work together to help you reach your goal.
1:1 Training
Minimum commitment: 12 weeks (so we can do this properly).
Based on your assessment, I'll recommend a number of sessions to address your specific needs. Most clients train [1–2] times per week. Payments are taken monthly by direct debit (or invoice).
Foundation Phase Pricing Options.
Your 1:1 sessions financially can be split in the following:
the first 2 options are rolling, so there's no big upfront commitment — just consistent training, consistently affordable. 💪

This phase is all about building your foundations — correcting imbalances, developing strength, and creating new movement patterns that serve you. It's focused, personal, and tailored entirely to you.
Group Training | (25% Discount to normal rate)
Once you've built your foundations, you'll be invited to join Growth — This is semi-private coaching (max 3), with individual programming and hands-on coaching throughout.
You'll train at the same scheduled time each week alongside others who are on the same journey. I'll be right there with you, moving between each of you, checking your technique, and ensuring you're progressing through your programme correctly.
I'm also letting go of your hand a bit to encourage that independence.
How Growth Phase Pricing Works
Train with others and you get 25% off the standard rate.
Example:
You buy a block of 12 & 1 banked session.
What's a banked session?
If you find you are the only one training one week, no worries — you use your banked session to train 1:1 at the full rate. Once used, just top it back up so your safety net is always there.You never miss a session. Simple as that. 💪
